Reviews and Ratings <br />
The resort is beautifully located just outside Kathmandu, and the food is absolutely wonderful. However, I faced issues with room heating and staff responsiveness during my stay. The accommodations could be much better, particularly in colder months, and the internet connection was unreliable.
I stayed at this resort aiming for a peaceful getaway, and while the location was beautiful, my experience was mixed. The resort itself is set in a tranquil area, but the service and food left much to be desired. With some poorly trained staff and a lack of quality in dining options, it made for a less than ideal stay. However, the surroundings were lovely, which took the edge off some of the negatives.
The location of this resort is stunning, just a short drive from central Kathmandu, which is a huge plus. I enjoyed the food immensely; every meal was a delight. However, I found the service lacking, especially with the management, which affected my overall experience. While the environment is beautiful and well-maintained, I would reconsider staying here due to the management issues.
I had a great time at this beautiful resort, especially enjoying the fantastic food and the lovely natural surroundings. The facilities were quite good, but the service left something to be desired; it could be more responsive to guests' needs. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for a weekend getaway, albeit with some areas for improvement.
I stayed at the resort for a week-long conference, and while the location is beautiful, the experience was marred by a lack of heating in the rooms and conference area. The food was superb, and there were nice outdoor spaces for relaxing. Unfortunately, the staff weren't very responsive to our needs, and I ended up in a tent due to a lack of available rooms, which was quite uncomfortable given the cold weather. This resort has great potential if management improves their service.
